Promotion

So, on July 1st, my hug-a-hubby had his promotion ceremony. He was promoted to SSGT in the Air force :) Anyway, I attended his ceremony and took a couple photos. Now...before you take a look at them, just realize that everybody makes mistakes...and this was one big mistake I wish I hadn't made.

This one is of Josh walking onto the stage...isn't it awesome? I know...I'm an amazing photographer....

This one if of him receiving his "certificate". As you can totally see, he's shaking hands with some high ranking guy.

And this last one if of him saluting the high ranking guy...such fine form.

The complete darkness was due to me not checking the f-stop on my lens...my lens was basically completely shut...which means it wasn't letting much light through. Lesson learned...be sure to check all camera settings before taking "one chance" photos. I know, I'm totally awesome.
